Donated and decorated by Summit County Children’s Services (SCCS), this tree features children in SCCS custody who are waiting for a permanent family. Some of the bulbs were handmade by these children while other ornaments depict their picture. SCCS is eager to find “forever homes” for all of our waiting children.
