Just as the powerhouse programs usually advance in March Madness, the classic kids’ fitness activities fared well in the first round of Akron Children’s Hospital’s Sweat 16. Advancing to the Great Eight were football, cheerleading/dance, swimming, running, biking, hiking/walking, volleyball and soccer. These also sound like some nice ways to spend time with your children today.
