My son has had 2 surgeries, and each time (as well as every pre and post-op visit) we are treated as though we are the most important patients. I’ve never encountered one person that was rude, passive or did not care.
I have since moved 700 miles away and I will still fly back to Akron Children’s for my child’s future appointments.
Not only do I feel comfortable with the entire staff and their abilities, I trust them completely with the care of the most important person in my life – my son.
Even the billing department (over the phone) is considerate and kind! 🙂
