Mediterranean diet could be preventative medicine, according to study
I saw a recent study, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, that compared the Mediterranean diet to a traditional low-fat American diet. After tracking 7,000 people over five years, they saw a significant reduction in strokes and heart attacks among those participants on the Mediterranean diet.
