How radiothon has changed my life
In November 2008, I had a friend who knew Matt Patrick, the radio talk show host who was the popular voice of Akron at the time. When January came around, my friend had asked me a special favor, and that was to help him with this radiothon that Akron Children’s Hospital puts on every year to help raise money for the kids and their families who can’t afford medical expenses. I agreed and was looking forward to it.
